Which scooter should I choose?
Path has a 46 × 12 cm deck and 200 mm wheels. Grove offers a wider 48 × 14 cm deck. Loop has a compact 44 × 12 cm deck and 180 mm wheels. Meadow has a longer 50 × 14 cm deck and 205 mm wheels. Compare the full dimensions on the product pages.
Are these electric scooters?
No. All dimense scooters in this collection are non-electric, adult recreational kick scooters. They have no motor or battery.
Can I adjust the handlebar height?
Each series has three handlebar height positions. The measurements are shown on its product page; adjustment positions are not separate purchase options.
Where do you deliver, and what does shipping cost?
Free standard shipping to the 50 United States and Washington, DC. Handling: 1–2 business days. Transit: 3–4 business days after dispatch. Estimated total: 4–6 business days; this is an estimate, not a delivery guarantee. US territories, PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses are not supported.
How does your order cutoff work?
Our daily order cutoff is 7:00 PM CST (UTC−06:00), fixed year-round and not adjusted for daylight saving time. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders received after the cutoff, on weekends or on holidays enter processing on the next business day.
What is your return policy?
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, unridden, in original condition and in the original packaging. Contact support before returning an item. Contact us with your order number and reason for return to obtain authorization.
Who pays return shipping?
We pay return shipping for our errors, damaged items and defects. Customers pay return shipping for a change of mind. There is no restocking fee. Unused-condition rules do not prevent a damage, defect or wrong-item claim.
When will an approved refund be returned?
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 calendar days.
How are prices and payment totals shown?
Prices are in USD. Checkout shows item prices, quantities, line totals, subtotal, free standard shipping, tax of $0.00 and the total for review. A submitted payment request is not proof of a completed charge; rely on the payment status associated with your order.
How should I care for my scooter?
Follow the care instructions for your series. Keep the scooter dry, remove grit from joints and inspect the stem clamp, folding latch, wheels and rear foot brake before use. Do not ride with damaged or loose parts.
