About these terms
These terms apply to use of dimense.shop and purchases from dimense. Contact us at support@dimense.shop with questions before placing an order. These terms do not limit consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
Products & prices
Our catalog lists product options, materials and dimensions on each product page. Select your preferred color and check the specifications before submitting an order. Prices are shown in US dollars. The item price, quantity, shipping, tax and total are presented for review at checkout. We do not represent a displayed product as a safety certification or performance guarantee.
Payment authorization
By submitting a payment request, you authorize the amount shown for the products and services selected, using a payment method you are entitled to use. A submitted request or payment authorization does not itself prove that a charge has completed. Contact us if you have a payment concern.
Orders & fulfillment
Please provide accurate contact and delivery information. Order acceptance, payment status and fulfillment should be established from the confirmation associated with your order. If an order is accepted, fulfillment follows the confirmed order details and our Shipping Policy. For assistance with an order or a requested change, contact us with the order reference.
Shipping & tax
Free standard shipping is available within our supported US delivery area. Handling takes 1–2 business days; transit takes an estimated 3–4 business days after dispatch. See the Shipping Policy for cutoff times and exclusions. Checkout currently shows tax as $0.00; this is not a statement that products are legally tax-exempt.
Returns & refunds
The Return & Refund Policy describes the 30-day return window, condition requirements, return shipping responsibility and refund process. There is no restocking fee. Damaged, defective or incorrect products are addressed separately from ordinary change-of-mind returns.
Use & care
